Growth Associate at an Undisclosed Recycling Company via TeamAce – Lagos
An undisclosed organisation in recycling and waste management is recruiting a full-time Growth Associate in Lagos through TeamAce Limited. The role focuses on attracting, onboarding and supporting recycling partners within an assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage and onboard agents, processors, merchants and logistics partners.
- Maintain dependable records of prospective partners, onboarding progress and field activities.
- Support partners after onboarding, follow up on operational issues and help resolve challenges in the field.
- Assist with material recovery, partner training, community activations, and the delivery or retrieval of assets.
Requirements
- At least an SSCE certificate, an Android phone and basic digital skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities, with familiarity with the assigned local area.
- Strong interest in sales, partner growth and community impact.
Remuneration
Net salary of ₦150,000–₦220,000 per month, plus commission.
