Job Description
- As the Growth Associate, you will drive growth and awareness initiatives via community management and data-driven marketing efforts.
- You’ll be responsible for executing creative strategies and marketing campaigns to fuel growth and increase customer engagement.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Develop strategic acquisition and retention marketing plans to drive growth and maximise immediate and long-term ROI.
- Handle campaigns end-to-end from conception to defining objectives, execution, tracking, and reporting.
- Can create and execute marketing & product launch roadmaps
- Day-to-day management of online and offline campaigns across channels including (but not limited to): paid social, paid search, content, organic, referral, email, podcasts, affiliate, and video.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives are driving profitable acquisition.
- Managing user accounts
- Use web analytics and business intelligence tools such as Google Analytics and internal tools to better understand our customers and exploit those insights in marketing campaigns.
- Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to reach customers and increase relevance.
Reporting Relationship:
- Administrative Reporting to HR Manager, Functional Reporting to Marketing Lead
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- 1+ years of direct, growth-focused experience in digital marketing, consumer tech and startup experience preferred.
- Experience building a comprehensive digital marketing strategy from the ground up.
- Proven success managing online marketing programs with CPC, CPA, and CPM cost models on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and content sites.
- Thorough understanding of various online and offline marketing funnels
- Experience implementing organic acquisition strategies, including SEO.
- Strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done.
