Head Admin at Advans La Fayette Microfinance Bank – Ibadan
Advans La Fayette Microfinance Bank is recruiting a full-time Head Admin in Ibadan, Oyo State, to manage branch facilities, logistics, procurement, assets and administrative standards.
Responsibilities
- Support the search for new branch premises, obtain and negotiate refurbishment estimates, supervise works and manage suppliers.
- Coordinate office utilities and administrative arrangements for electricity, water, telephone and related services.
- Develop purchasing, inventory, site-selection and refurbishment procedures, forms and templates.
- Work with Finance and Operations on budgets for fitting, supplies, materials and departmental requirements.
- Negotiate procurement, monitor supplier contracts and arrange branch equipment, furniture, stationery and security services.
- Ensure branch installations meet required fire-protection, safe-storage and anti-burglary standards.
- Oversee fixed-asset and vehicle maintenance, premises upkeep, consumables inventory and timely supply distribution.
- Recommend improvements to logistics procedures, implement approved changes and brief staff as needed.
- Monitor staff expenditure, completed work and maintenance quality; track refurbishment deadlines and perform periodic asset counts.
- Establish cost benchmarks for control and comparison.
