Depot Supervisor at Spectrum Books Limited – Abuja, Kaduna, Benin, Owerri, Lagos, Ibadan, Jos and Yola
Spectrum Books Limited is recruiting eight Depot Supervisors across Abuja, Kaduna, Benin, Owerri, Lagos, Ibadan, Jos and Yola to manage depot stock and order fulfilment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise depot activities, inventory storage, receiving, dispatch and timely processing of transactions.
- Check and post stock movement, sales and transfers in the ERP system.
- Perform stock counts and reconciliations, coordinate replenishment and help arrange inter-depot shipments.
- Deliver daily and periodic depot reports and ensure accurate stock documentation.
- Train depot personnel and coordinate with marketing teams to fulfil customer orders.
- Respond courteously to customer issues and oversee depot service standards.
Requirements
- HND or degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Two to four years’ depot or stock supervision experience.
- Excel, inventory software, stock controls, analytical judgement, people supervision and communication skills.
