Position Title: Enterprise Risk Management & Compliance.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION:-

Enterprise Risk Management & Compliance job opportunity is available at Oak Homes Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

Job Objective

  • The objective of enterprise risk manager is to develop a holistic, portfolio view of the most significant risks to the achievement of the company’s most important objectives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

  • Establish the Enterprise Risk Management architecture for the company
  • Responsible for the leadership, innovation, governance and management to identify, evaluate, mitigate and monitor strategic risks
  • Develop and/or implement Enterprise Risk Management tools, practices and policies to analyze and report enterprise risks and to manage these risks according to established framework
  • Align company’s risk management policies and strategies with applicable regulations, rating agency standards and overall governance policy
  • Monitor all operational risk management activities
  • Monitor and analyze risks within the company’s subsidiaries and departments and report on these risks to management
  • Responsible for insurance and risk management and/or Business Continuity Planning activities

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

  • A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance or other related disciplines with membership of recognized professional bodies within or outside Nigeria
  • ACCA/ICAN Associate status is mandatory
  • MBA/MSc
  • Good knowledge of NAICOM Guidelines.
  • A minimum of 10-year post qualification experience with at least 5 years as an Internal Auditor/Risk & Compliance Manager in a reputable organization
  • Possess intimate knowledge of internal business processes and industry knowledge
  • Innovative leadership skills with ability to build internal and external alliances
  • Must be a dynamic, proactive, decisive leader and good team player
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive performance among all key stakeholders
  • Ideal candidates will be dynamic, growth-oriented and ready to take advantage of emerging market opportunities.
  • Product knowledge & Analytical skills.
