Position Title: Head - FINCON.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION:-

Head - FINCON job opportunity is available at Oak Homes Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

Job Objective

• The job holder will effectively coordinate all finance related activities of the company and provide a reliable annual financial report for the company.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Providing support for new insights & strategies for effective operations of the company.
• Coordinate the activities (processing & reporting) of the financial operations of the company that will improve on the financial & management reporting.
• Prompt preparation and presentation of the company’s annual budget.
• Proper and proactive investment of company funds in line with regulatory and internal requirements, for maximum returns.
• Effective management of relationship with NIA and other regulatory bodies (NAICOM, FIRS and Auditors)
• Ensure that the company’s tax liabilities & remittances are correctly reported.
• To ensure effective representation at all Finance committee meetings.
• Ensure that the annual financial report meets all regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership & developing subordinates to assume higher responsibilities through constant on-the- job training & dissemination of information

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

• A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance or other related disciplines with membership of recognized professional bodies within or outside Nigeria
• A minimum of 10 – year post qualification experience with at least 5 years as a FINCON professional in a reputable organization
• Possess intimate knowledge of internal business processes and industry knowledge
• Innovative leadership skills with ability to build internal and external alliances
• Must be a dynamic, proactive, decisive leader and good team player
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive performance among all key stakeholders
• Ideal candidates will be dynamic, growth-oriented and ready to take advantage of emerging market opportunities.
• ACCA / ICAN Associate status is mandatory
