The Role
- We seek to hire a senior marketing leader who will be responsible forplanning, budgeting, managing end to end marketing activities and BTL activations.
- Reporting to the C.E.O, you will own the marketing strategy for the business and be tasked with growing a team that helps deliver continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Act as the strategic lead for all marketing campaigns; key accounts management; managing a team of account managers on BTL domain.
- Create commercial awareness that will benefit the clients, & the agency
- Management of internal and external agency partners
- Own, manage and deliver brand strategy
- Demonstrate commitment to self-development and developing others, building long-term staff capability and competency in and beyond own team.
Experience and qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Client service /Account Management/ Advertising /Marketing agency/ BTL / EVENT Agency
- Experience in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- A high level of organisational ability.
- Good attention to detail.
- Advanced computer literacy and presentation skills.
- Experience in brand building and marketing communications BTL, Digital and Channel marketing.
