Position Title: Head of School.
Job Station: Lagos State.
INTRODUCTION:-
Head of School job opportunity is available at HR Aid Consults for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation and activities and manage the competing demands of the various constituencies of the school
- Support the implementation of academic and pastoral policies to ensure pupils receive the highest standards of education
- Motivate, coach, and train staff at all levels to ensure continuous professional development
- Be responsible for maintaining and developing a broad, balanced, and cohesive curriculum in line with the national educational standards
- Assist teachers in matching appropriate assessment instruments to curriculum objectives
- Assist in the admission process for the testing, interviewing, and evaluation of applicants for enrollment.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- PGDE or Master’s Degree is required
- Over 8 years experience teaching and working within a school
- Up to 3 years experience in management/leadership position within a school environment
- Knowledge of the primary school curriculum
- Proficient in the use of MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines on a consistent basis.
