Hospitality Supervisor at Nine Stars Limited – Ogere-Remo, Ogun

Nine Stars Limited is recruiting a full-time Hospitality Supervisor in Ogere-Remo, Ogun State. The supervisor will coordinate hospitality and facility operations, oversee housekeeping staff and maintain service, cleanliness and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily and weekly staff rosters to maintain appropriate coverage of operational areas.
• Supervise janitors, cleaners, housekeeping and maintenance personnel and oversee workplace hygiene and organisation.
• Coordinate guest-service operations, answer enquiries and resolve guest complaints.
• Monitor stocks of cleaning materials, toiletries and hospitality supplies and arrange timely replenishment.
• Inspect reception areas, common spaces, restrooms and other facilities against safety, hygiene and quality requirements.
• Train, mentor and assess staff while promoting good teamwork and discipline.

Qualifications and Requirements

• OND, HND or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality, hotel operations or facility management.
• Strong shift-planning, staffing, operational coordination and team-leadership skills.
• Clear spoken and written communication, sound organisation and close attention to detail.
