Housekeeper at Strivo Labs – Lagos
Strivo Labs is recruiting a Housekeeper in Lagos to maintain a private household, with responsibility for cleaning, laundry, orderliness and respectful care of household belongings.
Key responsibilities
- Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms and other household areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming and sanitising.
- Wash, iron, fold and arrange laundry and change bed linen as needed.
- Keep bedrooms, guest rooms and household items tidy and appropriately organised.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and handle chemicals and equipment safely.
- Receive and arrange household supplies when requested.
- Maintain household hygiene and protect the privacy, property and confidentiality of residents.
- Carry out other reasonable housekeeping duties as assigned.
Requirements
- At least two years’ experience in housekeeping within a private residence, hotel or similar setting.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry care and general household upkeep.
- Ability to use cleaning equipment and products safely.
- Strong organisation, time management, discretion, trustworthiness and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous private-household experience is an advantage.
