Position Title: HR / Legal Adviser.
Job Station: Lagos State.
INTRODUCTION:-
HR / Legal Adviser job opportunity is available at Matrix Homes and Properties Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Hiring and recruiting of employees
- Address employee request and potential issues
- Draft legal documents for real estate transaction
- Represent clients in purchase and sales of property.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- Sound knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices
- Prior work experience in a real estate firm will be an added advantage
- Married female candidates preferably
- Candidates must reside within Egbeda, Shasha and environs.
