Experience and qualifications
- HR Certification
- Understands HR practices in Nigeria
- A professional certificate in HRM will be an added advantage
- Understand labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development)
- Education: BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field; further training will be a plus
- Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years HR work experience
