Position Title: Human Resources Manager.
Job Station: Lagos State.
INTRODUCTION:-
Human Resources Manager job opportunity is available at HR Tools Limited for individuals who possess relvant qualifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- The post holder would have a clear understanding of the organisation’s business objectives and be able to devise and implement policies and procedures which select, develop and retain the right staff in terms of knowledge, skills and experience, to meet these objectives.
- The post holder will not only deal with staff welfare and administration-centered activities, but also strategy and planning.
- He/She will have a strong understanding of the Nigerian Law and processes (including Nigerian Labour laws) and able to provide advice on the application of the Labour Laws within the work environment.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and Social Sciences
- Possess minimum five years’ cognate Human Resources experience preferably within the Retail sector
- HR Professional Certification i.e. CIPM, CIPD, etc. would be an added advantage
- Good Understanding of Nigerian Labour Laws and employment equity regulations
- Excellent HR Administration and People Management Skills
- Knowledge of HR Functions and Best Practices
- Excellent IT skills – Advanced use of e.g. Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and related HR Software
- Organisational and Conflict Management Skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to travel to stores within Lagos.
