Position title: Human Resources Officer. Location: Lagos State, Rivers State.About the role

Experience and qualifications
- First Degree (minimum second class lower) in Management, Human Resources or Business Administration
- Professional Certification such as CIPM or CIPD
- 5 years post graduation experience.
- Current HR License
- Excellent communication skills
- Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent Team bonding skills
- Self motivated, good drive and passion for excellence
Core Competencies:
- Knowledgeable and being able to undertake Staffing processes (job analysis, job description, job specifications)
- Knowledgeable and being able to undertake Human resource planning, recruitment, compensation management, employee welfare services (NSITF)/ insurances and pensions scheme management
- Knowledgeable about HR related regulations and driving compliance
- Show competence in performance management, career management, Training and development management
