Installation Operations Intern (NYSC) at Skyville Company Limited – Ikeja, Lagos

Skyville Company Limited, the company behind the Kartel solar products brand, is recruiting a full-time Installation Operations Intern (NYSC) in Ikeja, Lagos. The intern will coordinate installation updates, follow up with field teams and maintain progress records.

Responsibilities

• Track scheduled, ongoing, delayed and completed installations to support timely delivery.
• Coordinate installation work with the Customer Experience Team Lead, engineers and other teams.
• Request updates from engineers and field personnel on progress, remaining tasks and expected completion dates.
• Identify delays and unresolved installation issues and escalate them to the appropriate supervisor.
• Help the Customer Experience team communicate progress, schedule changes and responses to installation-related concerns.
• Confirm that teams have the materials, information and other necessities before installations begin.
• Maintain accurate installation trackers covering progress, rescheduling, delays and completion.
• Prepare status reports and follow up on outstanding actions.

Remuneration

• Monthly salary of ₦70,000.
