Position Title: Junior Architect.
Job Station: Lagos State.
INTRODUCTION:-
Junior Architect job opportunity is available at Efficacy Construction Company for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
As a Junior Architect, you are expected to:
- Preform space planning according to building occupant count and existing interior architecture.
- Create 3D models in Revit.
- Develop detailed plans and shop drawing using- Autodesk- AutoCAD and Revit.
- Work on MEP drawings for commercial projects with guidance of the engineer.
- Develop 2d drawings using Autocad and computer aid 3d models using 3dmax and Sketchup.
- Collaborate with verification team on test plan, plan coverage points, and IP verification.
- Rebrand the application with CSS style sheets which bring more polish and readability to the UI.
- Carry out other duties from time to time.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 1 – 3 years work experience.
REMUNERATION:-
N70,000 – N100,000 monthly.
