Position Title: Lead Higher Education Specialist.
Job Station: Nigeria.
INTRODUCTION :-
Lead Higher Education Specialist job opportunity is available at a Multilateral Institution Funded Project for individuals who possess PhD in Education, Business, Management or similar fields.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-
The successful Consultant will be required to:
- Supervise all academic, educational and Track design and roll-out in one delivery institution in each of the geo-political zones in the country;
- Lead on curriculum design and development for each of the Procurement, Environmental and Social Tracks in each delivery institution in each of the geo-political zones in the country.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-
The short-listing criteria are:
- PhD in Education, Business, Management or similar fields;
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, coaching /mentoring, and computer skills;
- Good understanding of the higher education systems of Nigeria
- At least 20 years of general professional experience;
- At least 15 years of specific experience in designing and managing higher education programmes;
- At least 5 years of experience in supervising higher education programmes;
- At least 5 years of experience in setting, measuring and reporting on KPIs,
- Preferably in the academic sector.
- Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.
