Loan Recovery Officer via B-Freedom Outsourcing – Ijaye, Abule Egba, Lagos

B-Freedom Outsourcing is recruiting a full-time Loan Recovery Officer in Ijaye, Abule Egba, Lagos. This is an on-site role focused on contacting borrowers and arranging manageable repayments.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers with outstanding loans and follow up on repayments.
• Negotiate workable repayment arrangements with customers.

Requirements

• Applicants may hold FSLC, SSCE, OND, NCE, HND or a bachelor’s degree.
• An Android smartphone is required for the work.
• Availability to work on-site.
• Training is provided to new recruits.

Pay and benefits

• Monthly salary of ₦60,000–₦150,000.
• Daily performance bonuses of up to ₦19,000, subject to targets.
• Five working days per week and a team-based workplace.
