Marketing and Sales Executive at DemyHealth Limited – Lagos and Anambra

DemyHealth Limited is recruiting full-time Marketing and Sales Executives in Lagos and Anambra to promote its medical diagnostic and laboratory services, develop referral relationships and support revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, HMOs, corporate organisations and healthcare professionals.
• Promote diagnostic and laboratory services through client visits, presentations and follow-up meetings.
• Negotiate and close commercial opportunities to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Deliver marketing activities to strengthen brand awareness and market coverage.
• Represent the organisation at health outreaches, exhibitions, conferences and networking events.
• Gather customer, competitor and market intelligence and support promotional campaigns.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly activity reports and maintain accurate lead, opportunity and client-engagement records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Medical Laboratory Science, Biological Sciences, Public Health or a related field.
• At least two years’ experience in marketing, sales or business development.
• Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals or medical laboratories is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, customer engagement and relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work independently, achieve targets and use Microsoft Office applications.

Remuneration and benefits

Monthly salary of ₦150,000, plus ₦50,000 for data and transport. Performance-based incentives and professional development and career advancement opportunities are also offered.
