• You are comfortable collaborating closely with Product Management, UX, IT, Customer Experience teams to create, support, and maintain product content across all end-user touch points.
• You are skilled in graphic design, technical marketing, SEO, video production, and editing.
• You want to work in an organization with transparency, where you are rewarded for your hard work and can grow. You have experience writing content for blogs, websites, and social media platforms and also marketing execution

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Create and manage the narrative around us and ethical credit management, financial literacy, and financial inclusion
• Produce well-researched content for a publication like blogs, webpage, social media, etc.
• Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with them to inspire ideas content and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs, and post/run sponsored advertisements on the various channels accordingly.
• Good understanding of user journey and pipeline creation, analytics (Google or other tools) is key
• Skill in Data analysis in making sound judgment
• Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results.
• Conducting keyword research to identify target keywords and using those keywords to plan, structure, and optimize your content.
• Working closely with developers and product team members to write new feature announcements.
• Conversion tracking with Firelinks

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

• You have managed a marketing role in a fast-growing start-up (You are good at what you do and you know it).
• Proven track record and portfolio of writing and editing clear, concise, user-centric content for interactive user experiences (products, software, blogs, websites, etc.) preferably in the Fintech industry.
• Experience doing research using multiple sources
• Familiarity with web publications
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English
• Familiarity with search engine optimization
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems, Picture and Video Editor (e.g. WordPress, Canvas, Adobe photoshop/InDesign ).
• Ability to meet deadlines
