Overview
- The role holder is responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing and product development programs targeted toward existing and new customers.
Responsibilities
- Identify the market and formulate marketing strategy for bank products
- Develop bank specific sales actions plans under the instruction of the Head of Marketing
- Drive the bank sales teams to achieve the targets
- Conduct special campaigns to drive sales / create leads
- Provide sales training to the bank sales team as and when required
- Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities
- Establishes and maintains relationship with key customers and key strategic partners
- Monitor bank performance on daily basis and take corrective action as and when required.
Experience and qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with relevant work experience.
