Media & Comms Associate at LifeBank – Lagos

LifeBank is seeking a full-time Media & Comms Associate in Lagos. Reporting to the Media & Communications Lead or management, the associate will turn the organisation’s healthcare mission and operational impact into creative, informative communications.

Content and storytelling

• Develop original campaign, social-media and corporate content ideas, scripts, storyboards and creative briefs.
• Explain complex healthcare, logistics and technology topics through accessible stories, visuals and messaging.
• Document the organisation’s activities, milestones, people, partnerships and impact.

Design and video

• Create branded graphics for campaigns, presentations, social media and internal communication.
• Plan, capture and edit videos, interviews, reels and other short-form content, adding appropriate text and motion elements.
• Maintain consistent visual identity and communication quality across platforms.

Digital communications and collaboration

• Support the social-media calendar, content publication, performance monitoring and audience engagement.
• Help prepare newsletters, press materials and business presentations.
• Work with commercial, business, operations and leadership colleagues to identify stories and deliver campaigns on schedule.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, Graphic Design, Fine Arts or a related discipline.
• Two to four years’ experience in media, communications, design, content production or digital marketing.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or CorelDRAW and video tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Portfolio of graphic design, video-editing and content projects, plus strong writing, communication and social-platform understanding.
• Creative initiative, attention to detail, time management, teamwork and ability to manage independent assignments.

Salary

₦250,000–₦300,000 per month.
