An undisclosed employer is recruiting a Medical Sales Representative Team Lead in Anthony, Lagos, through The Change Room. This full-time position combines field sales leadership, healthcare customer engagement, territory planning and compliance oversight.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, coach and motivate medical sales representatives, including field visits and performance reviews.
- Develop territory sales plans and lead execution against monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Monitor CRM and sales data, including field activity, prescription generation, market share and product distribution.
- Build relationships with physicians, surgeons, pharmacists and hospital procurement personnel.
- Organise clinical product presentations, demonstrations, training sessions and professional symposia.
- Gather competitor intelligence, market trends, pricing feedback and customer insights for commercial teams.
- Ensure marketing and field activities follow applicable healthcare industry requirements and the organisation’s ethical standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Life Sciences, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- At least three years of proven experience in medical, pharmaceutical or surgical sales.
- Previous leadership or supervisory exposure.
- Ability to interpret sales performance data, lead a sales team and maintain professional customer relationships.
