Position Title: Office Clerk.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION:-

Office Clerk job opportunity is available at Lontor Nigeria for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

  • Manage the customer’s accounts receivable information and send it to the customer, the corresponding salesperson and their direct superior when the amount changes each time.
  • Provide accurate account balance to the voucher preparation personnel in time.
  • Timely confirm each payment of the customer.
  • Update the customer account flow at the beginning of each month and send it to the customer, the corresponding salesman and his direct superior.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

  • Skillfully use Microsoft office, be able to complete calculation and statistics with Excel, and be sensitive to numbers.
  • Respond quickly, be serious and responsible.
  • Clerical or financial worker is preferred.
