Position title: Office Secretary. Location: Lagos State.About the role
Office Secretary job opportunity is available at Softworld Integrated Services Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
- Typing, preparing and collating reports
- Filing
- Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
- Managing databases
- Prioritising workloads
- Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
- Liaising with relevant organisations and clients
- Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
- Logging or processing bills or expenses
- Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
- Should be living within Anthony Lagos or anywhere close.
Experience and qualifications
- Candidates should possess NCE / OND qualification with 2-5 years work experience.
REMUNERATION:-
N30,000 – N40,000 / Month.
