Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations, work schedules and assigned tasks.
- Monitor team performance and help staff meet operational priorities.
- Identify and resolve day-to-day problems while improving work processes.
- Prepare routine operational reports for the Chief Executive Officer.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing people and teams.
- Strong organisation, initiative and attention to detail.
- Confidence using digital task-management and reporting tools.
- Availability to work at weekends when required.
