Optometrist Intern at Eye Foundation Hospital – Surulere and Ikeja (2 Openings)
Eye Foundation Hospital is recruiting two Optometrist Interns for its locations in Surulere and Ikeja, Lagos. The interns will support patient service and day-to-day optical department operations.
Responsibilities
- Attend to patients courteously and professionally.
- Assist the department manager with optical-department activities and accurate activity records.
- Report daily to the Senior Optometrist or another designated supervisor.
- Complete assigned duties that support departmental service and professional standards.
Qualifications and competencies
- Doctor of Optometry qualification from a recognised institution.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Sound clinical judgement, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to plan, coordinate, multitask and manage time effectively.
