Pastry Chef - Cake Specialist job opportunity is available at Greenfield Consulting Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
Job Summary
- We are currently recruiting for the position of a Pastry Chef who is specialized and very experienced with Cakes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Responsible for baking cakes and other deserts
- Must be able to do cake decorations
- Responsible for Pastry items for the cafe
- Develop menus, food purchase specifications, and recipes
- Maintain the highest professional food quality and sanitation standards.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- Minimum of SSCE / OND / HND qualification
- Qualification in Culinary Arts from an accredited culinary school is preferred
- 5 – 10 years experience as a Pastry Chef with specialty in cake baking and decoration
- Must be able to bake various types of cakes and decorations
- Must be able to read and write in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and process management skills.
