DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Drafting of project baseline documents:
  • Project initiation document / Charter
  • Product design and description
  • Detailed project plan.
• Performing and Reporting Project Health check.
• Periodically report the following at regular intervals within the project life circle;
  • Project Exceptions
  • Issues Report
  • Lessons Report
  • End Stage or End Project.
• Project Variable management; Ensure that project constraints (Time, Quality, Risk, Benefits and costs) are managed throughout project life circle.
• Business Assurance; maintenance of projects business case.
• Register and record maintenance;
  • Project Risk register.
  • Lesson Log.
• Stakeholder Management – Preparation and management of project communication strategy.
• Organize project delivery team workshops/ gate review/ control point meeting / benefit review.
• Ensure and take ownership of project execution both on and off field.
• Provide both technical (intellectual and hands-on) support and expertize throughout project life circle.
• Deliver project product(s) within constraints and approved project tolerance level.
• Organize project delivery team workshops/ gate review/ control point meeting / benefit review.
