Account Administrator

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Company: Real estate

Job Description

  • We are currently looking for an Accounts Administrator to manage our Company’s accounts payables and receivables.

Job Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and reconciling accounts.
  • Processing payments to eternal partners.
  • Maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts.
  • Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third party vendor.
  • Process bank deposits.
  • Reconcile financial statements.
  • Prepare, send and store invoices.
  • Submit tax and pension forms.
  • Identify and address discrepancies.
  • Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Account Administrator.
  • Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations.
  • Hands-on experience on accounting softwares (sage and peachtree).
  • Advanced knowledge of excel.
  • BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant field.
  • Candidate must be a male and should exceed the age of 30 years.

Business Relationship Officer

Job Locations: Lagos/ Ogun

Job Summary

  • Analyze current customer base, including portfolios and rolodexes, to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with customers, outside business contacts, and company stakeholders
  • Negotiate timelines and budgets
  • Collaborate with colleagues and peers on the sales, marketing, and service development teams to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction
  • Increase overall sales efficiency and profitability through excellent salesmanship

Requirements

  • OND/HND in Business Admin, Marketing or related field preferred.
  • Must have 1-2 years of sales experience.
  • Passionate towards sales.
  • Must be goal/target driven.
  • Ability to work with low supervision.
  • Applicants should reside within Berger/Ibafo and its environs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).

Uber/Bolt Driver

Job Location:Lagos

Job Description

  • We are seeking for qualified Uber/Taxify (Bolt) drivers to join our esteem organization. An exceptional ability to get along with customers, and provide the best in services will be required from you. Moreover, you will need to possess a valid driver’s license along with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Comprehend the use of Uber/Taxify (Bolt) software, by extensively going through the features.
  • Respond to calls and tracks from customers according to the protocols established by the company.
  • Ascertain timely arrival at the customers’ destinations, and inquire into further destinations.
  • Map routes using Google maps, ensuring that safe routes are used to reach desired destinations.
  • Consider customers’ alternate route suggestions, after confirming that they are safe to use.
  • Work with the Uber/Taxify (Bolt) software to ensure truncation of rides, at the end of each ride, according to the specifics of established protocols.
  • Reroute passages to destinations in cases of high traffic, or road diversions, due to construction work.
  • Perform both preventative and regular maintenance on cars ensuring that they remain in good working order.

Requirements

  • Have a valid driving license
  • Complete a safety screening
  • Must reside in Lagos
  • Minimum experience of 1-2 years and above
  • Clean driving record
