Position Title: Quantity Surveyor.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION :-

Quantity Surveyor job opportunity is available at Turahfrique Interiors Limited for individuals who possess B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• The ideal candidate will have a good civil engineering background.
• Preparing of Bill of quantity
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.
• Assist in establishing a client’s requirements and undertake feasibility studies.
• Prepare and analyse costings for tenders.
• Allocate work to subcontractors.
• Value completed work and arrange payments.
• Understand the implications of health and safety regulations.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

• B.Sc. (University Degree) in Quantity Surveying
• Must be registered with Quantity Surveyor Registration Board of Nigeria
• Atleast 2 years experience as Quantity Surveyor
