Registered Nurse / Midwife at Greenlife Hospital – Lekki, Lagos
Greenlife Hospital is recruiting a full-time Registered Nurse / Midwife in Lekki, Lagos. The role combines direct patient care, clinical coordination, emergency response and nursing service quality.
Responsibilities
- Perform nursing procedures in accordance with hospital and professional nursing guidelines.
- Assess patients’ needs, set care goals and coordinate treatment with other departments.
- Offer emotional, psychological and spiritual support to patients and families; explain diagnoses, medicines and self-care.
- Maintain patients’ records, clinical reports and handover notes securely and confidentially.
- Provide immediate assistance during medical emergencies and carry out appropriate end-of-life procedures.
- Apply infection-control, medication-handling, equipment-safety and workplace-cleanliness procedures.
- Track patient outcomes and recommend improvements to nursing plans and care standards.
- Inspect, maintain and safely use medical equipment, report faults and manage nursing supply requirements.
- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary colleagues and maintain continuity of care.
- Participate in ongoing professional education and contribute to the hospital’s service objectives.
Salary
₦300,000 monthly.
