Position Title: Sales Administrator (Fluent in Chinese).
Job Station: Lagos State.
INTRODUCTION:-
Sales Administrator (Fluent in Chinese) job opportunity is available at Speedaf Express for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Issuing sales transaction invoices.
- Verifying orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details.
- Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Compiling monthly sales reports.
- Expediting orders through internal liaison.
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
- Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
- Follow up with client on bills and operations.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree qualification
- 1 – 4 years work experience
- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
- Fluent in English and Chinese / Mandarin.
REMUNERATION:-
N100,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
