Sales Executive (Construction Supplies) via Globalclique HR – Ikoyi, Lagos

Globalclique HR is recruiting a full-time Sales Executive for a construction supplies company based in Ikoyi, Lagos. The position is office- and field-facing, covering client sites across Lagos and its environs.

Sales and business development

• Prospect contractors, developers and construction projects through networking, calls and regular field visits.
• Present construction supplies to new and existing customers, build relationships and follow up on enquiries.
• Visit client offices and building sites throughout Lagos and nearby areas to generate and close orders.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Track competitors, market prices and industry activity; report on sales pipelines and client visits.

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing or a related area.
• B2B sales experience, preferably in construction supplies, building materials or a related sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, self-management and sales reporting skills.
• Knowledge of Lagos and ability to travel to project sites and customer premises.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Compensation and benefits

• Fixed salary of ₦250,000 per month plus commission on successful sales.
• Company vehicle and dedicated driver for official duties.
• Monthly telephone and internet/data allowances.
