Sales Executive (Gifting) via Koopersmith – Victoria Island, Lagos

Koopersmith Professional Services Limited is recruiting a full-time Sales Executive for a gifting business on Victoria Island, Lagos. The position requires confident customer engagement, active prospecting and the ability to convert enquiries into purchases.

Sales and customer relationships

• Approach prospective customers, introduce products and generate sales opportunities.
• Promote gifts, hampers, customised packages and corporate gifting solutions.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and gift packages.
• Reach prospects through in-person conversations, telephone, social media and other sales channels.
• Develop opportunities with individuals, companies, event planners and organisations.
• Prepare quotations, respond to objections, negotiate appropriately and close transactions.
• Maintain client relationships and follow up on enquiries, repeat sales and referrals.
• Meet assigned sales targets and maintain accurate records of leads, orders and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with operations to support accurate and timely fulfilment, and keep up with product offerings and gifting trends.

Requirements

• OND or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related subject; relevant experience may be considered.
• Previous sales, customer service, retail or business development experience is an advantage.
• Clear, confident spoken communication and comfort approaching prospective customers.
• Persuasiveness, professional presentation, friendliness and proactive selling.
• Strong negotiation, follow-up, relationship management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle sales targets and use basic computer tools, WhatsApp and social media.
• Interest in gifting, hampers, lifestyle products and customer service.

Remuneration

• Monthly salary of ₦150,000–₦200,000.
