Responsibilities
- Transfer data from paper or other formats into the database
- Work closely with the regional team members to track their daily outcome (Sales promoter, Sales Executive & VSEs)
- Timely reporting of all captured information to the Regional Sales Manager
- Critically analyze the reports generated
- Upkeep of daily/weekly/monthly data generated
- Maintain regular backups to ensure data preservation
Experience and qualifications
- Minimum of a National Diploma
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the data entry field
- Fast typing skills with excellent knowledge of MS office
- Basic understanding of numbers & Good command of English both oral and written
- Critical thinker who gives Great attention to detail
- Great interpersonal & communication skills
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
