Med-In Pharmaceutical Limited is recruiting six full-time Sales Representatives across Idumota, Lagos Island, Lagos Mainland, Ikeja, Mushin and Badagry in Lagos State to develop customer relationships and grow sales.
Job Summary
We’re seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to build relationships with prospective and existing customers, understand their needs, and recommend products or services that provide value.
The successful candidate will help grow revenue while delivering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact prospective customers through calls, email, referrals, or in-person outreach.
- Understand customer needs and present suitable products or services.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales agreements.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activity in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospects and customers to support decisions, resolve concerns, and encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and other teams.
- Stay informed about product offerings, market trends, and competitors.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline activity and sales results.
