Job Description:

• Maintain a positive, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Communicate with our USA based customers primarily through our VoIP channel.
• Assist our customers to make informed choices related to their electric and natural gas prices.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

• OND / HND / BSc qualification
• 1 – 3 years experience in sales and customer service is an added advantage.

  Skills / Competence:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
