About the role
Senior, Strategy & Management Consulting Services job opportunity is available at Stransact Chartered Accountants for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Work in our Management Consulting and Business Performance Unit under Manager Supervision
- Understand and be able to manage and execute growth strategy, operating strategy and enterprise-wide transformation strategy.
- Lead and deliver client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative and efficient business solutions for middle market businesses.
- Work with the senior executives to develop and present our Advisory and Consulting offerings to the market.
Experience and qualifications
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree or its equivalent in Business Administration, Information System, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2-6 years relevant experience in an advisory firm in Africa
- Experience in Strategy formulation, business model, operating model development, Operation analysis and improvement and process design.
- Knowledge of People / human resources management and Organisation Design
- Strong analytical skill and hypothesis-driven problem-solving skills
- Highly detail oriented and excellent creativity.
