Position Title: Service Manager.

Job Station: Nigeria.

INTRODUCTION:-

Service Manager job opportunity is available at Tijmaf Innovation Services for individuals who possess BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
  • Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

  • BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Applicants should possess 1 – 5 years work experience
  • Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English.

REMUNERATION:-

  • N45,000 – 60,000 monthly.
