Position Title: Site Supervisor.

Job Station: Lagos State.

Site Supervisor job opportunity is available at Jan- Pro Cleaning Systems for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

Job Summary

• The Site Supervisor will ensure that all human and material resources needed to deliver services to clients are due to clients and put proper use to achieve that.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Ensure that all janitors are at their point of duty on resumption
• Ensure inspection of all floors and working areas daily
• Relate issues and complaints from Client to Operations Manager promptly
• Ensure that janitors are properly dressed and well behaved on site
• Ensure all staff meet resumption and closing time schedule by signing off daily on the attendance register on each site
• Ensure faulty equipment are repaired and made functional again

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

• Undergraduate Degree in related discipline

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a large commercial cleaning organization or hospitality housekeeping management.

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to manage large teams of people in an organized structure
• Track record of success in the management of large teams in a competitive environment
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) and Internet operations
• Strong presentation skills
• Professional speaking voice and demeanor
• Ability to work highly sensitive information and work in a confidential environment
• Proven ability to train staff
