Sourcing / Procurement Officer at Eizog Limited – Ojodu, Lagos

Eizog Limited is recruiting a full-time Sourcing / Procurement Officer in Ojodu, Lagos. This role manages the sourcing and purchase of industrial spare parts from supplier identification through purchase order processing and payment documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential suppliers for electrical, instrumentation, automation and mechanical spare parts based on price, quality, reliability and delivery speed.
• Negotiate commercial terms, purchase prices, payment schedules and delivery deadlines.
• Develop productive supplier relationships and review supplier performance.
• Create, monitor and administer purchase orders to support accurate and timely fulfilment.
• Analyse procurement spending, supplier invoices and market information to find cost savings and resolve discrepancies.
• Check purchasing processes against company policy and applicable local trade laws, and identify supply-chain risks.
• Prepare documentation and arrangements for supplier fund transfers and payments.
• Keep reliable procurement, invoice, payment and supplier records; escalate delivery, pricing, quality or compliance issues promptly.

Qualifications and competencies

• HND in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Two to four years’ professional experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain operations.
• Experience sourcing instrumentation, electrical, automation and mechanical spare parts; manufacturing-sector sourcing experience is preferred.
• Good negotiation, vendor management, commercial judgement and cost awareness.
• Ability to analyse procurement data, communicate clearly, organise work and maintain accurate records.
• Strong follow-through, problem-solving, confidentiality, integrity and cross-functional collaboration.
• A Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) credential or equivalent is an advantage.

• Secure competitive pricing and document cost savings or cost avoidance.
• Strengthen supplier reliability, quality and on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate purchase orders, invoices, procurement documents and supplier payment records.
• Identify and resolve commercial, supply, quality and compliance risks promptly.

Pay and benefits

• Monthly salary: ₦200,000–₦300,000.
• HMO coverage.
• 13th-month salary in line with company policy.
