Responsibilities
- Check the stock level of the bar and other operational units to detect discrepancies.
- Compile report inventory and supply balances of stocks
- Prepare all regular consumables and item order
- Responsible for storage of operational stocks
- Keep accurate records of all incoming and issued items.
- Cross check invoices and actual deliveries of ordered items.
- Examine goods purchased properly to ensure quality and standard delivery
- Amongst other stock control duties..
Experience and qualifications
- Degree / Higher National Diploma in related discipline
- Minimum of 4 years working on similar position.
- Strong working experience in the hospitality sector.
