About the Job
- We are recruiting a Supply Specialist (LMD) to drive and grow its partner base of asset owners.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Create and manage a database of logistics partners ( owners of bikes, bicycles, vans and cars) and act as the lead point of contact for internal and external communications with partners.
- Provide leadership and initiative in order to expand Renda’s supply database
- Develop strategies to source for needed partners in the shortest possible time
- Identify, build relationships with and manage Renda supply partners ( van owners, bike owners e.t.c for last mile delivery services)
- Provide timely, relevant and actionable management reporting for supplier performance, open issues and potential constraints
- Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation activities, etc.
- Direct distribution centre operation to ensure achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy, or timeliness objectives.
- Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
- Any other duties as assigned.
