Position Title: Team Lead.

Job Station: Nigeria.

INTRODUCTION :-

Team Lead job opportunity is available at a Fast-growing National Microfinance Bank for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• Drive account openg in the branch to achieve set goals.
• Ensures compliance to approved accounts opening procedures and policies, maintain accounts and ensure portfolio growth. Responsible far cash administration.
• Monitor and supervise daily reconcdiatlon of transaction in the branch and with other investment partners.
• Ensure quink erv turnaround in the branch as well as compliance to all regulatocy guidelines.
• Adequate and accurate records keeping of customer documents.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

• B.Sc / BA / HND in Economics, Banking, Accounts, Business Administration / Management (MSc is an added advantage)

Professional Membership:

• ICAN, CIBN,ACCA, CITN and MCP are added advantages

Experience Level (Supervisory / Management):

• Minum 8 years management or supervisory experience within bank operations, marketing, customer relationship, staff management, loan disbursement, loan recovery, credit management (experience with microfinance banking is an added advantage)

Personality:

• Energetic, driven, adaptable, able to work with no supervision, team spirit, proven leadership and problem-soMng skills, willingness to relocate
• Should not be older than 38 years of age.
