Position Title: Waitress.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION:-

Waitress job opportunity is available at Inagbe Grand Resort and Leisure for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

Summary

• To deliver quality sale service and attend to customers enquires; as well as ensure that they have a satisfactory dining experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Provide customers with menus.
• Take customer orders and relay this to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages to customers.
• Listen to any complaints that guests have and address them appropriately.
• Prepare bills and process payments.
• Delivering goods sales service by ensuring pleasant experience for customers.
• Ensuring clean environment.
• Delivering an excellent customer service.
• Upselling
• Banquet setup
• Performs other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

• SSCE, Diploma, OND in any field of study.
• Minimum of 2 years experience obtained in a well-structured restaurant of a reputable organization.
