Warehouse Officer at Aquatix Pharmaceutical Limited – Ikeja

Aquatix Pharmaceutical Limited is recruiting a Warehouse Officer in Ikeja, Lagos State. The position will control pharmaceutical stock, material storage and warehouse documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, identify and record materials and finished goods received into the warehouse.
• Record stock in Excel and approved systems, prepare reconciliations and inventory reports.
• Store raw materials, packaging components and finished products in the required conditions.
• Release materials against approved production requisitions.
• Track batches, expiry dates and stock labels and separate quarantined, rejected and returned goods.
• Carry out counts, investigate discrepancies and report damaged products.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and comply with GMP and Good Storage Practice.

Qualifications and requirements

• At least one year of warehouse experience, ideally in pharmaceuticals.
• Competence with Excel for stock recording, reconciliation and reporting.
• Knowledge of inventory controls, stock counts and warehouse documentation.
• Understanding of GMP, GSP, batch records and storage of pharmaceutical materials.
• Good organisation, teamwork and attention to detail; inventory software experience is advantageous.
