Warehouse Operations Specialist at Seven Up Bottling Company – Lagos
Seven Up Bottling Company is recruiting a Warehouse Operations Specialist in Lagos to manage raw-material receipts, stock records and the timely issue of materials to production.
Responsibilities
- Supervise offloading, receipt and storage of raw materials from vendors, central stores and other regions.
- Oversee the issue of raw materials to production using first-in, first-out (FIFO) principles.
- Monitor stock postings, including stock receipt vouchers in Navision.
- Coordinate daily raw-material counts and prepare daily and weekly stock reports.
- Prepare raw-material ageing reports for site and head-office management.
- Monitor reorder levels and support proper warehouse layout and inventory accountability.
Requirements
- First degree or HND, preferably in a social science or analytical discipline.
- At least five years of relevant work experience.
- Professional certification is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of warehouse processes, stock reconciliation, inventory systems and warehouse layout.
- Strong numerical, stakeholder-management and communication abilities.
