Inventory Officer at Philban Consulting Limited – Ikeja, Lagos State
Philban Consulting Limited is recruiting a full-time Inventory Officer in Ikeja, Lagos, to handle stock movement, records, inventory reporting and reconciliation.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, record and issue stock items accurately.
- Maintain inventory records and prepare stock reports.
- Conduct physical stock counts and reconcile them with recorded balances.
- Monitor stock levels, report shortages and excesses and recommend replenishment.
- Collaborate with other departments and manage inventory work reliably under pressure.
Requirements
- OND, HND or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Stores Management or a related area.
- Three to ten years of inventory, stock-control or warehouse experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and inventory-management software.
- Integrity, attention to detail, organisation and good communication.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate and handle stock physically where necessary.
