Position Title: Well Head Maintenance Manager.

Job Station: Nigeria.

INTRODUCTION :-

Well Head Maintenance Manager job opportunity is available at Miden Systems Limited for individuals who possess University degree in a relevant Engineering discipline.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• Defining and implementing policies, processes and tools to ensure continuous improvement of Units reliability by gathering reliability data and correlating this data into useful information
• Responsible for preparation and maintenance of technical documentation of each Unit. (i.e. modelling information and reliability data)
• Responsible for set-up and maintenance of the Reliability Data Bank
• Establish relevant budget for the accomplishment of the mission
• Reporting & implementation of all findings of Wellhead integrity & ensure the Rig Site compliance with the contract.
• Fixes and places properly all related Mechanical fittings and assembly checks .
• Installs and tests wellhead valves for optimal performance.
• Ensure perfect installation of equipment at Project Site
• Knows and follows safety policies and procedure during operations.
• Performs on-site emergency unit/equipment maintenance.
• Minimizes downtime on the intervention operation by efficient use of resources and appropriate application of technology.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

• University degree in a relevant Engineering discipline
• 15 years’ experience in Maintenance & Reliability Engineering
• Good knowledge of company’s products
